British Fashion Awards

All of London's most stylish elite flocked to the Savoy Hotel to celebrate in style the 2012 British Fashion Awards. Hosted by Nick Grimshaw and Gemma Arterton the awards saw the best of both British and International Fashion, full of glitz and glamour the line up of guests included Valentino, Manolo Blahnik, Stella Mcartney, Sarah Burton, Christopher Kane and Alexa Chung.

And the winners were:

Designer of the Year - Stella Mcartney

Designer Brand - Stella Mcartney

Special Recognition - Harold Tillman (Chairman of British Fashion Council)

Outstanding Achievement in Fashion - Manolo Blahnik 

Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator - Professor Louise Wilson ( Central St Martins - 30 shows at LFW are her alumni!!!)

Accessories Award - Nicholas Kirkwood

New Establishment Award - Erdem

Menswear Designer - Kim Jones (Louis Vuitton)

Emerging Talent Awards

Ready to Wear - J.W Anderson

Menswear - Jonathan Saunders

Accessories - Sophie Hulme

Model Award - Cara Delevingne (Burberry Muse as well as walking in 31 shows September!)

Red Carpet Award - Roksanda Illincic (if its good enough for the Duchess of Cambridge it is certainly good enough for us!!)

British Style Award - Alexa Chung
